The interior of the Davis Centre is designed to resemble a street scene, complete with park-bench-like seating, lighting in keeping with street lamps, and dark carpeting meant to mimic asphalt. The lecture halls within DC provide ergonomically designed seating and desk spaces, and the lighting and colour scheme were deliberately chosen to promote an optimal learning experience.
An enormous, handcrafted clock hangs in the Great Hall of the Davis Centre a gift from clockmaker Brendan Reilly, who graduated in 1975 with a degree in Physics.
